how to get really rare pokemon on Pokemon Platinum ?
okay so im at the part in the game where im about to move the psyducks out of the way.. and i was looking for a online pokedex and came accross the pokemonplatinum.com and saw the news and strategy guid. but its kinda confusing .. so what are easy ways to get good and rare pokemon ??
i have a dsi. no other pokemon games. dont trade with people through wifi and never played the wifi battels before.
Some pokemon like the legendary birds appear on luck and you can use a combo of pokemon to catch them such as a fast haunter with a mean look or a woubefet with his abiity. now you will have to have your pokemon wih that certain move or ability first becasue the first chance it gets it will flee so you have to be fast.
Now after you beat the elite four you can revist certain areas and you the pokeradar which will allow you to find rare and even shiny pokemon.
some legends can only be obtained by trading or a special event such as arecues, dexoys, mew, and othes
Another great way is to have friends that can trade some good pokemon when trying to get these legends gts will become your best friend.
There are some pokemon like latios and latias that you hae to migrate from a game boy advanced gaem which peopel shorten to gba.
there are some legends where you are givin one chance to catcfh them such as heatran.
