Is it rare for people to have jet black hair and pale blue eyes?

My father is German and my mother is an Israeli Jew (I know an odd combination), I have naturally pale very blue eyes, pale skin, and jet black curly hair. It is something I rarely see personally. Is it actually very rare?

It isn’t really rare but it is rarely SEEN here in the USA (assuming that is where you live)….and you are very lucky! It is a somewhat exotic combination and the few people I have seen w/ that combinations are BEAUTIFUL!!! Embrace your curls and black hair and naturally blue eyes!
The rarest combination I have seen is jet black hair and violet eyes (like Liz Taylor but even more purple). He was a guy and he was very pretty (sounds weird but that is the best way to describe him!)
